As you prepare for a new school year, please note that our uniform suppliers require orders to be placed by July 15th in order to guarantee delivery by the first day of school. Items like kilts and blazers can take quite a while so plan ahead!

Gently used uniform items are available for purchase from our Uniform Closet. Please see our Donation & Consignment policies for information about what types of items are accepted and how the donation/consignment process works. Items will be priced and available for purchase during the dates listed below:
2024 Summer Uniform Closet Hours:
The Uniform Closet is located across from the office at the Locust Grove campus. Regular Uniform Closet hours will resume the first week of school. Regular hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

Grades 3 – 6: Purchasing your child’s books is optional but recommended. If you choose not to purchase, the school will loan the books to your student for the school year.
Grades 7 – 12: Each student is required to purchase the literature, history, and select language and science books.
You can order books from anywhere you like, as long as the ISBN numbers match.
August 19: All School Welcome Back
August 21: Pre K – 2nd Meet Your Teacher – This time is to bring your kindergarten student to the school to meet their teacher and bring in supplies.
August 22: Pre K – 6th Grade Parent Only Orientation – Teachers will be hosting two identical 60-minute classroom presentations for parents to orient them for the new school year. BE WATCHING FOR A SIGNUP FORM COMING IN AUGUST.
August 21 – 23: Upper School Retreat in McCall (grades 7 – 12)
August 26: First Day of School for all grades
August 29: Upper School Meet Your Teacher

Lunches are provided through MyHotLunchbox.com using local restaurants.

ParentSquareParentSquare is our school’s communication tool that allows you to get the information you need, when and how you need it! All school communication except for gradebook progress reports and zero notifications will come through ParentSquare.
